Terms & Conditions
A&B Art Studio Photography – Spalding, Lincolnshire
By booking a session with A&B Art Studio Photography, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Session Fee
A £50 non-refundable session fee is required to secure your booking (unless otherwise stated for mini sessions).
Your booking is not confirmed until the session fee has been received.
The remaining balance is due after gallery viewing and image selection unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Session fees are non-refundable.
One reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Failure to attend your session without notice will result in loss of the session fee.
3. Late Arrival
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session time may be shortened.
If you arrive 30 minutes late, the session will be cancelled and the session fee forfeited.
4. Studio Rules
• Maximum 5 people per session unless agreed in advance
• No pets allowed in the building
• Children must be supervised at all times
A&B Art Studio Photography reserves the right to stop a session if safety concerns arise.
5. Artistic Style & Editing
All images are edited in A&B Art Studio Photography’s signature style.
RAW or unedited images are not provided.
Editing requests beyond standard retouching may incur an additional charge.
6. Image Selection & Delivery
Clients will receive a private online gallery within approximately two weeks of the session.
Only selected images included in your chosen package will be professionally retouched.
Additional images may be purchased separately.
7. Copyright
All images remain the copyright of A&B Art Studio Photography.
Clients receive personal-use rights only.
Images may not be altered, filtered, edited, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Commercial usage requires a separate written agreement.
All final images are carefully selected and edited in A&B Art Studio Photography’s signature style.
RAW (unedited) files are not provided under any circumstances.
These files are incomplete, unprocessed and remain the intellectual property of A&B Art Studio Photography.
Only fully edited images included within your chosen package, or purchased additionally, will be delivered.
Requests for unedited images will not be accommodated.
8. Privacy Policy
A&B Art Studio Photography is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly in accordance with UK GDPR.
What Information We Collect
When you contact or book with us, we may collect:
• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Booking details
• Session information
• Photographs from your session
How Your Information Is Used
Your information is used to:
• Respond to enquiries
• Confirm and manage bookings
• Deliver photography services
• Send invoices and contracts
• Provide online galleries
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Image Storage
Client images are stored securely on password-protected systems and professional gallery platforms.
Images may be used for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request in writing that your images remain private prior to your session.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
• Request access to your personal data
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent where applicable
